I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults navigating relationship challenges, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, anger, depression, trauma, and life's everyday stressors. I'm also passionate about partnering with mothers—new and seasoned—as they adjust to motherhood, manage postpartum experiences, and meet the demands of parenthood. Caregivers often face their own mental health hurdles that shape their parenting journey, and I'm here to offer a compassionate space to explore and overcome those barriers.
