Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA, and FSA cards.

Insurance & Superbills

I am a private-pay provider and do not bill insurance directly. I provide monthly superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Reimbursement rates vary depending on your specific plan — I recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before we begin. Many clients choose private-pay therapy because it offers greater privacy, flexibility in treatment length, and care that isn't limited by what insurance will or won't approve.

What to Expect When Starting Therapy

1

Free Consultation

We start with a complimentary 15-minute phone call to get to know each other, answer your questions, and make sure we're a good fit. No pressure, no commitment — just a conversation.

2

First Session

Our first full session is focused on you. We'll talk about your goals, your history, what's feeling most urgent, and what you're hoping therapy will make possible. It's a chance for me to understand your world — and for you to get a feel for how we work together.

3

Ongoing Sessions

Sessions are typically held weekly, especially at the start of our work together. Over time we may adjust frequency based on your needs, your goals, and your life. I also offer biweekly sessions for clients who need flexibility.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens — and therapy should relieve stress, not add to it. I send text reminders before each session and will reach out if you're five minutes late, because I know how fast things move when you're a mom with a full life.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice can be rescheduled within the week. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows cannot be guaranteed a rescheduling opportunity and may result in a $100 cancellation fee.

Common Questions

Good Faith Estimate

Inspired Bravery Counseling, LLC is required by law to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of the expected charges for my services before we begin therapy. This estimate is based on the information you provide me about your needs and goals. It is important to note that the cost of therapy may vary depending on the length of treatment and your mental health needs.
